2026 Texas Water Day Wrap Up

TWA's Executive Director & General Counsel Stacey Allison Steinbach, Director of Policy & Legislative Affairs Sarah Kirkle, and Incoming President Emily Rogers for Texas Water Day 2026 to meet with key members of the Texas delegation to discuss our 2026 Federal Priorities. 

Sarah also participated in the National Waterways Conference Legislative Summit, moderating a panel with Robyn S. Colosimo, P.E., Deputy Assistant, Secretary of the Army (Project Planning and Review), USACE, and contributing to the national conversation on water policy.
