REGISTRATION Registration is open for the TWA 2026 Annual Convention. TWA members must be logged in to receive the discounted member rate. AGENDA →HOTEL & ROOM INFORMATION Our room block and waitlist for The Worthington Renaissance Fort Worth are currently full. Room Waitlist. Attendees already on the waitlist will receive an update on room availability by Friday, March 6. We anticipate being able to accommodate early waitlist requests. If you are not on the waitlist or would like to have a backup, cancelable accommodation in the event we cannot secure a room for you, please try booking directly with the hotel or find nearby hotels here. Room Cancellations. Please DO NOT cancel your reservation with the hotel. Instead, email Lindsey Ford by Friday, March 6, to cancel so that we can reassign the room to someone on the waitlist. Conference Policies |
Cancellation Policy: Registrations canceled by the early bird deadline, February 13, will receive a full refund less a 10% processing fee. After this date, registrations are non-refundable (except in cases of emergency). Room Block: The TWA conference room block at The Worthington Renaissance Hotel has sold out, but rooms may still be available at the standard rates by booking directly with the hotel. If you would like to be notified if rooms in the block become available, please complete the waitlist form as soon as possible. Room Cancellations. Last-minute cancellations can lead to penalties for TWA, even with a long waitlist for rooms in our block. Please do not cancel a room with the hotel. Instead of canceling with the hotel, email Lindsey Ford and we will reassign the room to someone on the waitlist. The TWA room block rate is reserved exclusively for registered conference attendees, and rooms held by individuals who have not registered for the conference by 5:00 pm on February 17, may be released and reassigned.
