Important Deadlines & Information

FEBRUARY 13

Early Bird Deadline

Early Bird pricing ends on Friday, February 13 — registration prices will increase on Saturday, February 14.

TWA members must be logged in to receive the discounted member rate.

FEBRUARY 17

Hotel Block Deadline

Our conference room block at The Worthington Renaissance is sold out. However, we are typically able to accommodate waitlist requests, especially for those who complete the form early. Please fill out our waitlist form asap to be notified if rooms become available.

Additionally, rooms may be available at standard rates by booking directly with the hotel.

Need to cancel your room? Kindly email Lindsey Ford your reservation number to cancel. Please do not cancel your reservation with the hotel so that we can reassign the room to someone on the waitlist.

TWA is pleased to announce three of our 2026 Annual Convention Keynote Speakers, Representative Ramón Romero, Jr., Texas House District 90, Director Ashley Morgan, Texas Water Development Board, and Commissioner Morgan Johnson, Public Utility Commission of Texas.

Preliminary Schedule of Events

The TWA Risk Management Fund will hold a board and member meeting on Wednesday morning, followed by a lunch for Fund members.

Wednesday, March 11

1:30 pm – Speaker Sessions
5:00 pm – Speed Networking
6:00 pm – Welcome Reception (beverages)

Thursday, March 12

7:30 am – Power Breakfast
8:00 am – Alternating Panel Meetings
10:15 am – TWA Board of Directors Meeting and Annual Membership Meeting
11:30 am – Annual Awards Luncheon sponsored by Jacobs
1:30 pm – Speaker Sessions
6:00 pm – Networking Reception (beverages + bites) sponsored by the TWA Risk Management Fund

Friday, March 13

7:00 am – Networking Breakfast sponsored by Freese & Nichols
8:30 am – Committee Presentations and Speaker Sessions
11:30 am – Convention Concludes

Conference Policies

Cancellation Policy: Registrations canceled by the early bird deadline, February 13, will receive a full refund less a 10% processing fee. After this date, registrations are non-refundable (except in cases of emergency).

Room Block: The TWA conference room block at The Worthington Renaissance Hotel has sold out, but rooms may still be available at the standard rates by booking directly with the hotel. If you would like to be notified if rooms in the block become available, please complete the waitlist form as soon as possible.

Room Cancellations. Last-minute cancellations can lead to penalties for TWA, even with a long waitlist for rooms in our block. Please do not cancel a room with the hotel. Instead of canceling with the hotel, email Lindsey Ford and we will reassign the room to someone on the waitlist.
