TWA MEMBERSHIP LEVELS + PRICINGJoin a community of water professionals and industry partners working to advance sound water policy for Texas. TWA memberships are based on entity size, including cities, districts, authorities, government agencies, businesses, and consultants. Use the membership chart below to determine the level that best fits your organization. LEVEL B – Districts, authorities, and water corporations with up to 3 employees – State agencies, councils of government, and other associations – Small local businesses with less than 25 employees (other than consultants) – Cities with a population less than 15,000 $723 LEVEL C – Districts, authorities, and water corporations with 4–15 employees – Consultants with less than 10 employees in Texas (legal, engineering, financial, utility operations, etc.) – Businesses and industry with 26–50 employees in Texas – Cities with a population of 15,000–50,000 $1,245 LEVEL D – Districts, authorities, and water corporations with 16–40 employees – Consultants with 11–50 employees in Texas (legal, engineering, financial, utility operations, etc.) – Businesses and industry with 51–100 employees in Texas – Cities with a population of 50,000–250,000 $2,211 LEVEL E – Districts, authorities, and water corporations with 41–100 employees – Consultants with more than 50 employees in Texas (legal, engineering, financial, utility operations, etc.) – Businesses and industry with 100–500 employees in Texas – Cities with a population of 250,000–500,000 $4,955 LEVEL F – Districts, authorities, and water corporations with more than 100 employees – Businesses and industry with more than 500 employees in Texas – Cities with a population greater than 500,000 $8,051 Individual memberships are reserved for those whose work is unrelated to the Texas water industry.
