Registration Cancellations: Registrations canceled by the early bird deadline, May 22, will receive a full refund less a 10% processing fee. After this date, registrations are non-refundable (except in cases of emergency). Room Block Registration Date: TWA has a limited number of rooms at Horseshoe Bay Resort and the hotel cutoff date is May 18. The TWA Room Block is exclusively for registered attendees. Room Cancellations. Last-minute cancellations can lead to penalties for TWA, even with a long waitlist for rooms in our block. If your plans change, please DO NOT cancel a room with the hotel.
