We are excited to see everyone at the TWA 2026 Summer Conference, June 17–19, at Horseshoe Bay Resort.

Wednesday, June 17

  • 8:00 am – Golf Tournament (separate registration required)
  • 9:00 am – TWA Volunteer Service Project (details and registration coming soon!)
  • 4:30 pm – Membership & Services Committee Meeting
  • 5:00 pm – Speed Networking
  • 6:00 pm – Welcome Reception

Thursday, June 18

  • 7:30 am – Power Breakfast
  • 8:30 & 9:30 am – Alternating Panel Meetings
  • 10:45 am – Speaker Sessions
  • 11:45 am–1:30 pm – Break for lunch on your own
  • 1:30 pm – Speaker Sessions
  • 4:15 pm – TWA Board Meeting
  • 6:00 pm – Networking Reception

Friday, June 19

  • 7:00 am – Networking Breakfast
  • 8:30–11:30 am – Committee Updates & Speaker Sessions

Attending your first TWA Conference?

If this is your first TWA conference or if you would like a refresher, please check the box for our First Time Attendee Zoom when you register and mark your calendar for Friday, June 12, at noon. In this optional meeting we'll describe what to expect at our conference, go over the schedule, and share tips to make the most of your first conference. This is also a great way to meet people ahead of the conference, and we hope to see you there!
